We are very excited to launch the CyramedX Customer Support Portal as a new platform to provide our additional tools and resources for our customers to get help with CyramedX products engage the CyramedX team and each other.
The CyramedX Customer Support Portal will add new tools like online chat with our support team, as well as greater visibility into active support cases and history. Additionally, there is also a Community area that will enable customers to submit feature requests, view various EHR forms examples and enhancements, and freely discuss ASC-related topics. Various types of content will continue to be added to the portal on an ongoing basis, such as knowledge base articles, FAQs, and "how to" instructional material, so we hope you will continue to visit and make use of this powerful new tool as much as possible!
The CyramedX Customer Portal is part of a broader customer service platform implemented earlier in 2017 and represents the CyramedX's commitment to providing ongoing enhancements and the best experience possible for our customers.
