Lastly, I'd like to offer some examples of improvements that have been directly influenced by feedback received from our last customer feedback survey in 2016:
- Implemented improved customer support desk ticketing system.
- Launched the CMX Customer ConneXion online customer portal.
- Developed product enhancements like the new Docufiler document management and CMFaX online fax systems.
- Launched CMX Customer Newsletter.
- More product enhancements are still under development and coming soon!
